How we handle your information when you use Predict Flow and pay through Stripe.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Predict Flow ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and related services (the "Service").

2. Information we collect

Account information: email address and password (stored using industry-standard hashing; we do not store plaintext passwords).
Subscription and billing: subscription status, Stripe customer identifiers, and billing events. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe—we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage data: pages viewed, features used, IP address, browser type, device information, and timestamps for security and operations.
Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies to keep you signed in and preferences such as time zone where applicable.
Support communications: information you send when contacting support.

3. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information.

Provide, secure, and improve the Service.
Authenticate users and enforce subscription access.
Process payments and manage billing through Stripe.
Respond to support requests and send service-related messages.
Detect fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
Comply with legal obligations.

4. Payment processing (Stripe)

Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. When you subscribe, Stripe collects payment information according to Stripe's privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). We receive limited billing metadata from Stripe (such as customer ID, subscription status, and email) to activate and manage your account.

6. Data retention

We retain account and billing records as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Your choices & rights

You may update account details through the Service where available, manage billing through Stripe's customer portal, and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. International users

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
