Terms of Service

Please read these terms before subscribing or using Predict Flow.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Predict Flow, including our website, APIs, and any related mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), operated by the provider of Predict Flow ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service.

You represent that you are legally permitted to use the Service where you live and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. The Service

Predict Flow provides sports statistics, schedules, model-generated win probabilities, matchup context, and related informational content across leagues such as MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, NCAAF, UFC, and others.

We may add, change, or remove features, sports, or data sources at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any particular game, league, or data field will always be available.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid access is offered as a recurring subscription (currently advertised as a 7-day free trial, then $2.99 per month, subject to change with notice). Prices, trial length, and billing intervals shown at checkout control.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel through the Stripe customer billing portal linked from your account profile or as described at checkout.

If you cancel, you typically retain access through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Taxes may apply depending on your location. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Important disclaimers (read carefully)

THE SERVICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS NOT GAMBLING, BETTING, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE.

Model outputs, win probabilities, "edges," picks, insights, and scores are statistical estimates based on available data. They are not guarantees of future results. Past performance does not predict future outcomes.

We do not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, or facilitate gambling. Any odds or market data shown are for context only. You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for complying with all laws that apply to you, including laws related to sports wagering in your jurisdiction.

You should not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any betting or financial decision. Consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

6. No league affiliation

Predict Flow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional or collegiate league, team, athlete, or governing body unless we expressly state otherwise.

All team names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

7. Accounts & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

One subscription is intended for the account holder. You may not share credentials in a way that circumvents subscription limits or resell access without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.

Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service without permission.
Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party rights.
Do not misrepresent model outputs as guaranteed outcomes or official league information.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls or subscription requirements.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, models, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during an active subscription.

You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law or with our written consent.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that predictions, data, or insights will be accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.

Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Except where prohibited, you agree that disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that State, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
